What workflows are available in Hintbox?

This chapter explains the workflows available in Hintbox.

There are three workflows in the hint box that can be activated and deactivated. To view them, first navigate to Workflows.

The following overview opens.

The table contains a description of all workflows.

Name Description

Progress step due event

(deactivated by default)

This is a standard workflow specified by the system. Some editing functions are not available or only available to a limited extent.

By default, the workflow is started here when a process step is saved. It then checks whether an operation field meets a specific criterion. In this case, whether one or more (specified) process steps have been completed. Once a process step has been completed, a (selected) user can be assigned to the report.
