How can I import a form?

Forms can be imported as a JSON file. To do this, navigate to the Form management.

Click on Forms.

Click on the "Import form" button.

You can drag and drop the JSON file in, for example.

In the next step, you must select the area to which the form is to be assigned.

The form is imported and is in draft status. How to activate a form is here described.

If the imported form contains data sources for categories or clients, you must update them in the form. We have already prepared help for this: How do I remove a data source? How do I add a data source?

The old data source must first be removed.
Then the current data source must be added.

This process only needs to be carried out for the category and client data sources, not for the legal texts.
