In this chapter we will explain what the users management is.
In the user administration of the suite, you have an overview of all users who can be found in the various modules.The Suite Administrator has access to the Suite settings and all existing modules. Users who can only access various modules do not have access to the suite settings.
The following users can be created for the modules:
Hintbox
Administrators
As an administrator, you can view and edit all suppliers and indirect suppliers without restriction. In addition, you can use all the setting options for risk assessment(indices, assessment method, risk categories) and other (web crawler, policy statement, own business area) as well as the settings(form management, client management, user management, system) of the Supply Chain module.
Internal user
As an internal user, you can view and edit all suppliers and indirect suppliers without restriction. In addition, you can use all the settings options for risk assessment(indices, assessment method, risk categories) and other (web crawler, policy statement, own business area). However, you do not have access to the settings.(form administration, client administration, user administration, system) of the Supply Chain module.
Supplier user
As a supplier user, you only have access to the forms that are made available to you by administrators or internal users. Supplier users do not have access to the risk assessment settings(indices, assessment method, risk categories) and other settings (web crawler, policy statement, own business area) or the settings(form administration, client administration, user administration, system) of the Supply Chain module.
Supplier Manager

CSRD Module
Administrators - As an administrator, you can view and edit all functions without restriction, and you can also operate all setting options and the user administration of the CSRD module.
Internal users - Internal users primarily have the same authorizations as administrators. However, internal users cannot access or view the settings area.
External users - External users are created for the stakeholder analysis. If you want to send out a questionnaire, you can select all external users created so far.
