What do I have to consider when I register for the first time?
In this chapter we will explain what to do for the first time registration.
Initial login
After purchasing a Hintbox you will receive the following e-mail at the agreed time. In this you will find a link.
IMPORTANT the link is valid only 24 hours.
After clicking on the link you will get to the following page where you have to enter your password.
After input click save.
Recovery Key
After saving the password, you will receive your Recovery Key. Please keep Recovery Key in a safe place. The recovery key has been downloaded automatically.
This allows the whistleblower system messages to be restored if no manager or administrator has access to their personal user account anymore.
You can save the key on your device by clicking on "Download credentials". Clicking on Next will take you to your Hintbox dashboard.
