How can I reset my password?

Follow these steps to reset your password successfully.

Click Lost your password? When you log in.

Here you have to enter your email address again.

Then click Reset password.

You will then be informed that you will receive an email with a link to reset.

Open the e-mail and click on the link. You will get to the following view, where you can enter your new password in the marked fields.

After entering the strong password, click Change password.

You are now logged in again and are in the Dashboard. However, all reports in the Hintbox are now encrypted for you. To decrypt them, proceed as follows.

If you are an administrator who has the recovery key, see System Restore for further instructions.

If you are an administrator without a recovery key, a manager or a reader, contact the administrator of the system. This person can then release it.
