How can I mute/enable notifications in a chat?

The chat function can be accessed from everywhere in the Hintbox. To do so, click on the marked icon.

Alternatively, the chat can also be found on every report. 

Select the appropriate chat from the selection.

Click on the three dots and then on Mute notifications.

The chat is now muted. You can tell this by the crossed-out notification icon.

You can reactivate notifications for this chat at any time. Click on the three dots and then on Activate notifications.
