How can I keep a data source up to date?
In this chapter, we explain how a data source can be kept up to date, using the example of a client.
You can also activate the checkbox in the respective selection field of the forms that use the “Subsidairy” or “Category” data source in order to always activate the new entries of the data source automatically.
Then click on the editing pencil in the corresponding form.
Navigate to the Create report step.
Then click on the editing pencil next to the corresponding selection field.
Click on the Keep data source up to date checkbox.
Click on Save.
Finally, save the form.
