How can I import my products?

To import products, first click on your Own products or the Supplier products.

Please note!

Even if you import the products within the supplier products, the products are always created as own products first. The product is only automatically converted to a supplier product when a supplier is subsequently assigned to a batch.

Now click on the Import products button.

Now click on the button provided to upload an xlsx file from your file manager. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop the file into the window immediately. 

An example of a suitable Excel file could look like this. Please contact us if you need help creating the file.

Select a file from the Finder and confirm the file with the Open button.

You will receive feedback from the EUDR module via the confirmation field as to whether the upload was successful.
