How can I apply the predefined hint filters?

This chapter explains how you can use the predefined note filters.

You can use the quick access filter by clicking on one of the three tiles. Above the list of all notes in the dashboard, you can filter all notes by “New,” “In process,” or “Closed” with a single click.

You can find more filters from the left side navigation:

Below that, you can click on Assigned to me to display all notes that have been assigned to you as the responsible processor or you can filter for other notes that have been rejected, closed or deleted, for example.
