What is the web crawler?
In this chapter we explain what the web crawler is.
The web crawler is an AI-supported search of the Internet to find suitable articles on stored suppliers. These articles can be positive, neutral as well as negative information about the company's procedures and help you to make targeted decisions for evaluating your suppliers.
The articles are sorted by date, language, sentiment (green: positive sentiment - red: negative sentiment grey: neutral sentiment) and which supplier is affected.
The overview of the articles is as follows.

To open an item, click on it. An initial preview of the text from the source will be displayed.

Now click Open Website to view the full article from the original source.

The article found by the web crawler can now be viewed in your browser. When a new Web Crawler article is published, you will be notified by email. A notification like this looks as follows:

Under Suppliers, you'll find a structured list of all items from that supplier. You can find this under the Webcrawler category.
