How can I use the DDS to automatically insert the geocoordinates into the product batch?

This chapter explains how you can automatically store the geodata in the batch of a product using the DDS.

To store the geodata for a batch of the product using the DDS, first click on Own products or Supplier products.

Now click on the line of the desired product for which you want to store the geodata using the DDS.

If you already have a DDS for a product, the geodata verification has already been carried out. As soon as you enter a reference number and a verification number within the batch, the geodata check is automatically transferred to your batch. Now open a batch of your choice.

Now fill in the reference number and the verification number.

Click on Save or Create to apply the changes.
