How can I withdraw the DDS within the batch of my product?

This chapter explains how to withdraw the DDS within the batch of the product.

To withdraw the DDS from the batch of the product, first click on Own products or Supplier products.

Now click on the line of the desired product for whose batch you want to withdraw the DDS.

Now click on the Available button of a batch for which you want to withdraw the DDS. Please note that the DDS can only be withdrawn within the first 72 hours after submission.

Now click on the Withdraw button.

You will be asked once again whether you really want to withdraw the DDS. Confirm this by clicking on Withdraw.

You will receive confirmation in the top right-hand corner of the screen that the withdrawal was successful.

The status of the DDS also changes in the overview. It is now marked as Withdrawn. 

If you click on the Withdrawn button, you will also receive a detailed overview of the withdrawal of the DDS.
