How can I tell whether my area marked in the product batch is within a deforestation-free area?

To check whether your marked area is within a deforestation-free area, first click on your Own products or Supplier products.

Now click on the line of the desired product for which you want to check the area.

Create a new batch or select an existing batch.

Click on the Add production site button or select the map of an existing production location. Now click on the small map symbol.

Now click on the following symbol in the top right-hand corner.

Click to activate the Forest cover layer.

We have included a legend in the overview for further explanations. Click on the following symbol.

The red areas are therefore forest covers.

When drawing in new areas, you can immediately see from the red color whether it is a forest cover. However, you will also receive feedback from the EUDR module as to whether the marked area is located in a forest cover. Here are two examples:
